Rental Policies
Accounts
All rentals are cash in advance - except for pre-approved charge accounts. Some rentals may require an additional deposit.
Delivery
Delivery service is available. Rates vary according to distance, labor hours required, and type of equipment. Please contact our store for specific price quotes for deliveries.
Flat Tires
Flat tires are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Fuel
All equipment leaves our rental yard full of fuel. The customer will be charged for refilling unless the tank is returned full.
Hours
Store hours are posted at each individual store. Longer hours may be expected in summer months, with variations depending on location. Hours are subject to change, so contact the store to confirm when possible.
Rate Shifts
Rates are based on equipment being used on a standard eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days a week, twenty-eight (28) days per month cycle billing. Ask for a written quotation for the best possible price when using equipment for an extended period of time.
Rate Period

24 hours – with up to 8 hours on metered items before additional costs

Pick up items Saturday morning and return by
Monday, 9:00 AM for 1 ˝ day rate. Pick up items Saturday afternoon
and return by Monday, 9:00 AM for a rate of one (1) day rate. |

items any day and return in seven (7) days. |

Pick up items any day and return in twenty-eight
(28) days. Metered items are allowed 160 hours before additional costs
are incurred. |
| Holiday: | Pick up items the day before a holiday and return by 9:00 AM the day after the holiday for a one (1) day rate. |
Reservations
Reservations for items are taken on a first come, first serve basis with precedence given to contracts with monies received.
Customer Responsibility
Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and a CLOSED / COMPLETED CONTRACT has been issued. In the case that equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost.
ABSOLUTELY NO INSURANCE, LICENSE, SALES TAX, USE TAX, RENTAL TAX, CITY TAX, DMV TAX, OR DELIVER CHARGES ARE INCLUDED IN OUR PUBLISHED RENTAL RATES.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
